2. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if necessary
  • Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)

We will take all actions required by law to respect copyright rights while also protecting legitimate use under fair use or other legal exemptions.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed in response to a DMCA notice was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your contact information
  2. Identification of the content removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error
  4. Your signature

We will review counter-notifications according to DMCA rules and may restore the content if the counter-notification is valid.
